We will return your calls even when there may be no progress made and will be happy to arrange a convenient time to meet face to face, as we understand that personal contact is important.

We are confident in our ability to deal with any problems you may encounter, due to the teams that Pink PS have in place. This will enable things to be dealt with efficiently and quickly. We are also registered with a government backed agency for deposit schemes. To help speed up the process, when you attend the office, and so you are aware what is involved, we will require you to provide:

Your Identification documents such as a passport, photographic driving licence, utility bill no less than three months old.
Guarantor information and reference details.
A credit check and character reference will also be taken.
